HOW IT WORKS
Our reviews strategy is built on a full featured email marketing platform, known as the Outflow App. This platform allows us to not only send out emails requesting reviews, but to then automate the follow ups to these requests. We have incorporated the best practices of some our much larger competitors to make the program as effective as possible, and it is. We have success rates as high as 50%, which in 7 years and hundreds of clients, that is the best I have seen by far, and clients who really service their customers can get the recognition they need to be successful.
REVIEWS COLLECTION / REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
- We give you a form to enter clients into, and if you have an existing list of client from who you need to request reviews, we can import this for you during the set up process.
- As clients are entered, they go right into the first email, requesting they do a review on Google, Yelp or BBB. Day 11 or so they get a carefully crafted and tested follow up, and day 29 they get a request to do a review on the next media, day 42 a follow up, and so forth for a cycle after the service has been delivered to the client.
- The service costs $200 the first month to set up, and $100 a month thereafter to maintain.
